By creating an account or using GridSolve, you acknowledge this Policy alongside our Terms of Service.

Account information. When you register, we collect your full name, email address, date of birth (to verify eligibility), and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider). We also record when you accepted our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Usage information. We collect standard log and analytics data such as pages viewed, feature interactions, browser type, device identifiers, IP address, and timestamps to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Communications. If you contact us, we retain the content of your message and contact details to respond and maintain records.

• Provide, maintain, and improve GridSolve features

We share information with trusted service providers that help us operate GridSolve — for example, cloud hosting, authentication (Supabase), and analytics — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Usage logs are retained for a limited period consistent with security and analytics needs, then deleted or anonymized.
